A. David Milliband should summon the Israeli ambassador to the FCO to explain. I'd suggest seating him on a low couch and ripping him a new one in front of TV cameras like the Israelis did with the Turkish ambassador. Either that or say if Israel won't respect out passports we won't respect theirs and impose a blanket ban on Israeli passport holders entering Britain until a satisfactory explanation is offered.

A. no. Consent is defense to many crimes, but only if the consent is truly voluntary. Conditional agreement is not the same as consent. Furthermore, consent is not a defense to murder.

If someone hires a hit man and takes out a contract on someone, does the contract have to be notarized?
Q. I am kidding of course. On television show with undercover police officers a woman actually told the undercover officer that she wanted a valid contract signed by him guaranteeing that he would kill her husband. I don't think she understood that the term 'contract' was not meant literally.

A. For many people it won't kill them, just make them fatigued & achy & lower their quality of life some. Others it may kill them eventually, but it depends on a lot of variables: lifestyle (if you drink, your liver will fail much quicker. Same for drug use; OTC as well as prescriptions & street drugs). Diet, age, race, also play a part in how you'll fare with hep c. Unfortunately, there is no formula to follow, so everyone with hep c should be cautious, eat healthy, no drinking or drugs unless prescribed by a knowledgable doctor. And get vaccinated against Hep A & B so your liver will not be under a double attack. Hope this helps.

A. take a business law class at your local college... Any contract that binds either or both sides to illegal actions (killing, drugs, prostitution..) is declaed void by any court of law and both sides are equally guilty for entering into the contract. Yeah, take a hit man contract to Judge Judy becuase you didnt get paid, and see what happens

I need some help regarding a drywall contract?
Q. I drew up a contract for some drywall work I was going to do for a contractor. I signed it and dated it, then I faxed it to him. He emailed it back with some modifications. I didn't sign anything afterwards. I started the project, but midway was told that I have to use bigger screws or it wouldn't pass inspection. The contract says nothing about using bigger screws than the ones normally used. I had to have the drywallers go back and put them in, killed about a day of work. Also, the contractor wants orange peel on the walls, but the contract says nothing about texturing the walls, only the ceiling. Can I charge extra for these modifications he's making? If so, what if he says no? If no, what can I do?
Asked by Hector R - Sun Sep 9 13:36:17 2007 - - 5 Answers - 0 Comments

A. If he is making changes to the contract the answer if yes you can charge extra. You can sue him in small claims court if he does not pay you. The written contract that you have would be the contract that he faxed back to you with the changes. Even though you did not sign to agree with those changes you went ahead which would be interpreted as your agreement to the changes that he made. I am interpreting your question to be regarding the screws and the texturing as not being in the original contract or in the changes that he made and faxed back to you.

You can find what you need at home depot or another home store/hardware store. Find out what's included. do you need the exterminator to show up every month.?

Is it possible to contract HIV or Hepatitis through getting a manicure?
Q. I get my cutilcles cut both during manicure and pedicure. Occasionally, I get cuts and bleed, especially on the toes. I wonder is is possible to get infected with HIV or Hepatitis through the tools? The tools are sterilized in Ultra Violet cabins, but I read that HIV and Hepatitis virus are killed in autoclave only, and Ultra Violet cabins do not qualify as sterilizing units. Help, I'm worried and my nails look terrible in the meantime! Thanks!

A. I used to date a ambulence medic who delt with a lot of junkies. They work with a high risk of being jabbed with HIV and HepC infected syringes. If this ever happened there was a preventative cure...IF and only IF the needle drew blood, the medic was issued a large dose of antibiotics. It does work...because the jab is quite small and not as risky as intercourse with HIV carrier. IF you ever did get jabbed or scratched during a manicure session, I would predict you did NOT contract HIV or HepC. If any of the tools cut a customer or draw blood, I'm sure they would do more than just put them back into the UV cabin...You worry WAY too much. Get a home manicure set to ease your mind. Or don't go to such a seedy nail bar. Unless you are… [cont.]

A patient has contracts to fulfill. His dr. helps him kill himself. Did the MD facilitate breach of contract?
Q. Assume assisted suicide is legal. If a doctor helps a patient die painlessly, but the patient had contracts to fulfill certain obligations (to make house payments or to work at his job or whatever else), what happens to those contractual obligations? Does someone else have to bear those obligations? Also, has the patient effectively committed premeditated breach of contract? If so, is the doctor legally (or morally) responsible?

If your team has a player who wants to renegotiate his contract (for a raise), how do you handle it?
Q. If he's a valuable guy, like a Chad Johnson or Brian Westbrook, it would hurt to have him sit out or cause trouble in the locker room. However, if you renegotiate with him, suddenly a bunch of other guys will be lining up for raises and it will kill your salary cap. How is a GM supposed to handle this, especially if the guy is obviously underpaid for his skills?
Asked by Chaz U - Wed Apr 30 19:33:14 2008 - - 3 Answers - 0 Comments

A. No renegotiations, No Exceptions. It is time for these athletes to man up and honor the contracts they have signed. The league needs to make it possible for the teams to suspend these players without pay, without a salary cap hit, and without the ability to shop around for a sympathetic ear, for not honoring their contracts. If the player sits out hoping to outlast the contract, they should not be allowed to negotiate with any team until the contract has been honored (ie if a player has a 6 year contract and sits out after playing 3 years they still owe the original team 3 years, even if they sat out 3 years, to cover the bonuses they receive). If they have a contract, play or suffer the ramifications.
